Various cables are available for the FGR2-PE to simplify installation.  The FreeWave Technologies FGR2-PE is a leap forward for customers who need an industrial grade serial and Ethernet radio that operates in harsh, challenging or congested RF environments as well as over long distances. The two built-in serial ports plus two switched Ethernet ports offer unprecedented flexibility and meet connectivity requirements for a variety of applications such as Smart Grid, Distribution Automation, Alternative Energy, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Industrial Monitoring and Control, SCADA and Telemetry. Class 1, Division 2 UL Approved*, the FGR2-PE is designed to the same high level of quality that FreeWave products are known for. The FGR2-PE supports both wireless Ethernet (TCP/IP), serial communications and offers industrial grade security, all in one package operating in the License exempt 900 MHz spectrum.
