The FreeWave Technologies military products are designed to meet the rigorous demands of military and government users world-wide. This user-configurable 225-400 MHz product is available as OEM board level radio. It is used in applications ranging from UAVs to UGVs and more. FreeWave military products share the same features as our other radios that assure accurate data transmission such as 32 bit CRC error detection with automatic retransmission, high speed hopping and more. The F514X008 narrow band radio is similar to the F514EX008 wide band radio except in throughput and temperature range. While the narrow band version of the F-Series has a maximum throughput of 19.2 Kbps with a level 4 GFSK, and an operating temperature range between -20 degrees C and +65 degrees C, the wideband version has a maximum throughput  of 115.2 Kbps and a temperature range between -40 degrees C and +75 degrees C. For Military or Export only.( License required for export.)
