How do you connect between an Ethernet radio and serial devices?

Using a serial NULL MODEM cable, connect the serial device to one of the serial ports of the Ethernet device.  Note: Configuration of the serial port on the Ethernet device is required.  Please refer to the appropriate user manual for configuration instructions.
